I found out about the Creditor by receiving a warning on my XXXX Credit report about the collection efforts. The collector says that the account was opened in XXXX, and that I am 60 days late and that its a credit card and its currently open and that i am above my credit limit. ( All these items are meant to severely harm your credit picture ). I immediately called the creditor to dispute the report and I filed a FTC Identity Theft Report as I have with the other case, and I also filed a police report to report the theft of my documents and ID when the theft actually occurred of which i have had multiple incidents with ID theft. I submitted the documents to them and for two weeks they keep giving me the run around telling me they are going to call me or send me some forms the same day, but never do. so Now I am also turning to you. I have also submitted the forms to XXXX in an attempt to resolve it through them and after 3 submissions i have still not heard from the.
