I have a way2go provided by Department of Labor in NY state. My card keeps declining and will not let me access the funds. I know the card works because it will let me check the balance. I even ensured that I went to approved locations with the appropriate logos and the card still would not let me access my money but would let me see the balance. After weeks of researching ways to contact a live agent I finally found a web article from people experiencing the same issue as well as being unable to get in contact with a live agent. I found a workaround that eventually got me to a live agent who cant help. They said theyd transfer me to sup and I never spoke to one as I stayed on hold. I have no gas no money and can not use my card. Please help me.
