In XXXX of XXXX I was to be added to my sisters account as Power of Attorney. My sister is currently XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and is unable to physically go to any bank. After 4 trips to the bank and repeated ussues to try and accomplish this goal., on friday, XX/XX/XXXX a notary was summoned to the bank and copies of my driver 's license, as well as the power of attorney paperwork and my social security information was obtained by the bank. I was told if there was any problems I would be notified. I did not hear anything and had no reason to think there was a problem. However, in XXXX of XXXX I was asked to get some funds from my sisters account only to find out my name was not listed on the account. Any information regarding the above visit was unable to be located and had apparently been lost, mishandled, and misplaced. The confidential information was nowhere to be found. Repeated phone calls 2 different branches at different times of day go unanswered and unresponded to. Where is the packet of confidential information? I did everything that was required of me howver, the bank was incompetent.
