I made a payment of {$50.00} on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. I logged onto my online account on Sunday, XX/XX/XXXX only to find that I was locked out of my account. I called the XXXX which is a different number on the back of the card. The agent I spoke with stated I needed to send in my ID to verify my identity due to " suspicious '' activity. I asked what kind of suspicious activity was on the account and I told her the last transaction should be the payment that was made. She then stated two other transactions of which she could not see the amounts. I called the number on the back of the card XXXX on Wednesday, XX/XX/XXXX and was told due to suspicious activity my account was locked because my identity was not verified because I didn't submit my ID. During the application process my ID was never requested. At this point, I've had this card for two months, made purchases ( small purchases ) with no issues.
