Under FCRA when asked to provide debt validation they did not provide how they verified the debt which is a direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1692g. This debt is too old to be on my report and will not be paid I want it removed immediately or I will seek litigation. Here is a transcript of a voice mail left.
