The abuse and illegal sharing and selling of my non-public, private, and sentative information, records have all been infringed upon by Navy Federal Credit Union. Navy Federal Credit Union has not only sold, shared my private information with XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, along with many other worldwide online sites. Navy Federal Credit Union has breached all privacy rights to privacy, they are performing abusively as you will see that they have also charged off this alledge debt over XXXX times and counting on my XXXX Credit report. A charge off means- profit and loss, this alleged debt was taken to the IRS XXXX a bad debt, wrote it off as a profit and loss and XXXX XXXX was compensated for the debt. As you will see that XXXX XXXX has continued to conspire wit XXXX, XXXX, XXXX etc. for years to continue to update, insert month after month even after the IRS has given them credit for the debt. This is tax evasion. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX did not provide me with a XXXX C have the debt was charge off as of 2020. The IRS cleared states the the creditor is supposed to send the consumer a XXXX form which allows the consumer to claim this debt as incomeon their taxes. The FCRA XXXX INCOME- CAN NOT be REPORTED on a CREDIT REPORT. NAVY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION AS THE CREDITOR IS IN VIOLATION of the FCRA. This is how I have been getting violated as the consumer for years. I am requesting a copy of the 1099C, on my consumer report it clearly states that NAVY FEDRAL CREDIT UNION has charge
