Equifax is reporting an account negatively on my credit report that is CLOSED on the other credit agency report such a as XXXX and XXXX. " XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX ''. the account status, and open dates, as well as the remarks are very much different. According to the FCRA Consumer credit reports must report accurate information and EQUIFAX is NOT they're reporting inaccuracies which is violating the FCRA. I did not give Equifax the permission to furnish my credit report negatively which they're doing without my consent.
