None of my signatures are on any of these fraudulent accounts. Also my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX as stated on my credit report. All of these items are fraudulent and needs to be immediately removed! MY information was EXPOSED in multiple data breaches across TransUnion, XXXX, and XXXX. I am writing to have these ILLEGAL items removed OFF my report ASAP! I received a copy of my credit reports and am writing to dispute the following FRAUDLENT/ILLEGAL/UNAUTHORIZED information that appears on my XXXX, Transunion, and XXXX report. Please verify or remove immediately the following accounts : By the provisions of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, I demand that these items be investigated and removed from my report.
