Equifax has violated My rights as a consumer also thr FCRA wnd FDCPA Furnishing my report " XXXX XXXX '' and collection companies XXXX, XXXX, This is an alleged debt the credit agency XXXX did NOT Notify me before placing it onto my report, I did not give consent of no kind. " The FDCPA and FCRA states if a company is trying to collect a debt after selling it to multiple collections the FDCPA and FCRA provide consumer protections, including limitations on communication frequency methods, and I the consumer have the right to dispute a debt '' I've recieved emails phonencalls and text messages from both collections about the same debt this is a violation to be contacting me who given them the right?
