DBA New American Funding ISAOA has been falsely identifying themselves as my loan mortgage company to my home insurance company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. - My current loan mortgage company called XXXX, a trade of XXXX, bought my loan mortgage policy from Broker Solution in XXXX of XXXX. - I pay escrow which includes principal, interest, taxes, XXXX, and homeowners insurance. I have asked all companies to send me proof of payment showing proof of payment for my homeowners insurance - which they are not able to provide and have yet to provide to me. - This is caused a major financial stress and increase in monthly mortgage payment, escrow, property taxes, and unexplainable discrepancies on my mortgage statements and paperwork in which the company is not able to provide proof of nor explanations.
