On XX/XX/year> I submitted a written request to Experian, Equifax, and Transunion. I sent it per the instructions on there website, and included a copy of my ID, and a recent utility bill with my address. I received a response from the three bureaus saying that they don't believe it was me who sent the request and to please call them to initiate a dispute. The problem is, I called the numbers and had to wait on hold for over 1 hour before eventually hanging up because I don't have the time to sit and wait until infinity. SO I sent another letter, saying " yes, this is me please believe me '' and I received the same response back. I called back again ... ..and this time waited for 90 minutes before having to hang up. As a consumer I have the right to dispute information on my credit report without having to wait on hold for 90 minutes or be told by the bureau they won't investigate something for me because they don't believe I sent my own letter. I demand my rights to have items incorrectly reporting investigated.
