On XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX my phone was stolen and used to withdraw cash from my cash app for {$65.00} from an unknown source. When I tried to contact support they instantly denied me offered me no refund or help or investigation and didn't believe me. Not only did I lose this money but I lost time and money from my daily XXXX and work and sanity I wasnt able to pay other bills because he over drafted me. I Spent countless hours emailing and talking to supposed support wasting time and money and nobody would help me. I had to close down my account linked to my old phone XXXX and the cash tag was XXXX. Also in the summer of XXXX someone on XXXX tried to scam me and say they were sending me {$2500.00} just because and when I said I didn't receive the money they told me I must send them the cash first but in small increments and then he can send them right back with my {$2500.00} I was stupid and naive and desperate at the time so I believed him. He stole a couple XXXX from me and again same treatment from cash app support and same wasted time and money and missing work.honeztly I need to be compensated well over the XXXX threshold for all the pain and misery he caused me the anguish XXXX XXXX and missed salary. This happens to my old cash app under XXXX XXXX
