I have disputed multiple inaccurate, inconsistent, and incomplete accounts on my credit report for over a year, with no resolution, no proper reinvestigation, and no deletion of clearly erroneous data. I have submitted formal written disputes as allowed under FCRA 611, yet the information remains on my report in violation of FCRA 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), which requires that all furnished data be accurate and complete. In several cases, the same accounts are reporting inconsistent statuses, different dates of last activity, mismatched account types, and errors across TransUnion, Equifax, and Experian.
