I am filing a complaint regarding identity theft that has resulted in unauthorized accounts and credit inquiries appearing on my credit report. These actions violate my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically Sections 609, 604, 611, and 605A. Section 609 of the FCRA requires that credit reporting agencies ensure the accuracy of the information in my credit report and make it available to me upon request.
