This is the XXXX case that I submitted through here. XXXX XXXX XXXX nor Experian has not provided me with proof that I initiated the inquiry ( Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX ) written or verbal. I demand this get removed. After XXXX cases nothing has been shown, and still that inquiry is still on my credit report. XXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian has allowed fraud with my information. I have mailed out certified letters asking both XXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian for proof I initiated such inquiry, nor written authorization and have failed to provide any permissible purpose. Experian has not provide proof that I authorized this inquiry. All they did was given me an excuse for why they have allow this to happen. XXXX XXXX XXXX has not provide proof that I authorized this inquiry. Attached is a copy of the certified letter that I have sent out to Experian ask for the proof. It has been months and I still have not seen any proof, why because " I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS INQUIRY ''. Also again this is the fourth case that I have submitted through the CFPB and still neither XXXX XXXX XXXX or Experian has provided me proof that I have authorized this inquiry which against the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This will be the XXXX time that I have submit paperwork in one shape way or form asking for this inaccuracies to be removed. Experian has cost me time and money for a mistake they have made and have refused to correct. Why is this allowed to happen? " I have not given XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian authentication for any inquiry having to do with this matter ''. THIS IS FRAUD AND ILLEGAL.
