Consumer Narrative

In XX/XX/XXXXXXXX we filed XXXX XXXX and in XXXX of XXXX our case was completed. When we filed both mortgages was with XXXX XXXX {$70000.00} and the second mortgage claim was for {>= $1,000,000}. The XXXX mortgage was considered unsecured debt and the trustee paid {$9000.00} of the claim. In XXXX of XXXX received notification from SN Servicing indicating they would now be servicing our mortgage and the balance on the loan was $ XXXXI have attached the documents we received from the US Bankruptcy Court indicating they received the same letter from SN servicing that was was sent to us. In XXXX XXXXXXXX we received a letter the XXXX XXXX court our case was complete. In XXXX of XXXX I requested a payoff quote from SN Servicing for the total balance owed on the mortgage. The letter we received stated the balance was {$53000.00}. At some point the loan was sold to XXXX who sent out statement that just showed our normal monthly payment so we went on to make payments as usual. Now enters XXXX mortgage ( XXXX ) who sends a statement of the balances owed are as follows : Oustanding principal {$67000.00} and deferred principal {$18000.00}. There was never a deferred principal, this is roughly the same amount of the second mortgage that was wiped clean in the XXXX XXXX. In addition how does the principal balance SNS gave me in XXXX as {$54000.00} grow to {$67000.00} plus a deferred principal over $ XXXX those two totals alone equal more than the claims sent to the court? I advise XXXX of the error who states that what XXXX transferred to them. I go to XXXX and had a rep attempting to help me clear it up only to be contacted by an upper member of management advising me not to contact his company again or else there would be bigger problems. So I went back to SN servicing who resent me copies of the balance I owed. So as I am trying to get this corrected with XXXX all of the sudden the mortgage is sold back to SN Servicing again. I have attempted on several occasions to tell them there is an error and my balance needs to be corrected as well as the interest that was charged on a higher balance and I just keep being asked to submit and then get told the balance is correct when its not. How can they override the discharge from the court? This needs to be corrected on many levels from balance, interest charged on a high loan amount and the payments being applied to the principal and the deferred principal taken off.
