Automatic payments failed on three months of mortgage payments. I attempted to rectify this by manually paying on the website. The website gave no option to make a payment and said the phone payment system must be used. I attempted several ( over a dozen ) times to call and make a payment. I ran into multiple problems. First, the phone refused to recognize me as a customer. Second, the phone line constantly disconnected me. Third, several of the reps were outright insulting me on the phone over the late payments despite the fact I was trying to make them and had the money to do so. As I have no interest in being insulted as a customer, I hung up and would try later until finally I got someone that successfully took my payment. As of now, ALL payments have been made. Nothing is delinquent. Yet the credit reporting bureaus refuse to remove the late payment notification until XXXX XXXX XXXX does so, and they will not listen to my request under any circumstances. I have talked to multiple agents and received a document in the mail saying they won't remove it, despite it being their fault in the first place.
