I recently disputed a charge-off account from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX however my dispute was denied, and you reported that the account was Verified as accurate XXXX XXXX XXXX** I disputed this account and even attached screenshotted proof that the information being reported on my credit report was inaccurate, however, it was considered verified and updated according to your alleged investigation. I 100 % believe that the verification process that you performed was NOT done correctly because this debt is not legally enforceable. Please prove the method of verification you used to verify this debt. Under the FCRA Section 611 ( a ) ( 7 ), I have a right to know how this debt was verified after I have attached the proof that it was inaccurate. I am requesting a DETAILED explanation of the method you used to verify this debt and a full explanation of how the investigation was conducted. Please consider this formal dispute!! Specifically, I ask that you provide, The name, address, and contact information of the party that verified the account, a detailed explanation of how the verification was conducted, and copies of any documentation provided by the creditor to verify the accuracy of this charge-off. Also, in accordance with the FCRA, I expect a response within 30 days. If you can not provide the requested information, I demand its deletion from my credit file. I am 100 % sure that my dispute was pushed through E-Oscar system that allows the creditor to review and respond with Verified as accurate and this dispute was not thoroughly investigated.
