I got a loan from XXXXXXXX XXXX they advised that this loan would close my old loan and show my loan refinance which I was happy about but unfortunately they reported that my loan was a write off and put the new loan in place which is an error I have been trying to fix this for nearly 8 months and still today they reported to TransUnion my account is a write off when it is not a write off when I am paying them monthly for the same account. They have reported to all bureaus that my account is a write off when in fact they are paid every month due to my account being refinanced
