I am disputing an account on my credit report that was reported without my written authorization, XXXX XXXX XXXX. This violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681e ( b ), TransUnion must ensure the maximum possible accuracy of all information in consumer reports. The presence of this account shows a failure to meet that duty. Additionally, under 15 U.S.C. 1681b, TransUnion must conrm a valid permissible purpose before reporting any account. Without my written consent. This requirement has not been met. Failure to notify of the Re-insertion requirement to the consumer within ve business days, 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( B ), and failure to provide certication of accuracy under 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( c ). I demand an immediate investigation and permanent removalof this account from my credit le. Continued reporting my constitute willful noncompliance under 15U.S.C. 1681n or Negligent noncompliance ( 15 U.S.C. 1681o ) and may be considered identity theft under FTC guidelines
