This servicer XXXX XXXX in Iowa is reporting missed payments that I did not miss. I have never missed a payment or made a late payment. I have been on an income based repayment plan, retained all communication and faxes I have sent to this company XXXX to recertify for this payment plan, all mail and bills sent to me over the duration of this loan. The response by the company constitutes additional evidence of fraudulent and dishonest bad faith conduct on part of servicer. XXXXXXXX XXXX continues to send bills to me requiring no payment amount, stating they have not received information for recertification I have faxed three times this year. Services aspire has accepted and cashed payment for these loans this year. Continued dishonesty and statements of missed payments in XXXX and XXXX are not accurate and are fraud by the servicer. Remove this inaccurate payment information from my credit report.
