Over the course of the past XXXX years, I have been trying to remove the negative remarks on my credit report. From submitting police documentation that proves I did not open up the accounts that is on my credit. Experian has failed and denied to follow up on investigation and I was recently informed that the CFPB has launched an investigation and I believe I am affected, fair to notify customer disputes results as well as investigating the actual dispute. This aligns with my situation as Experian has not attempted to remove the negative remarks on my I am requesting that the derogatory remarks be removed from my account as they all date back over XXXX years or more. These negative remarks are impeding my ability to be able to rent a home as well as receive credit loans for a car and personal needs.Experian has violated federal law, as well as my consumer rights.
