Centennial has a habit of playing fast and loose with BANKING LAWS where my XXXX has an interest. My XXXX handles the a school account that is held with this particular Centennial Branch. I've previously complained to CFBP regarding a joint account I had with my ( then ) XXXX XXXX I had closed the account. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX had the Centennial Branch REOPEN the account ( without my consent of knowledge ), an account IN MY NAME mind you, so that XXXX XXXXr could cash a check. Then they immediately closed the account again. That is ALL SORTS OF FRAUD. YESTERDAY, I discovered that something has happened to a joint account that I hold/held with XXXX XXXX. One of two things has happened : XXXX. The account ( a JOINT account IN MY NAME ) has been closed ( WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT ), or 2. The account may remain open but my ability to monitor it online ( or otherwise ) has been removed ( AGAIN, WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT ). Let me explain why this is a SERIOUS problem ( beyond, you know, VIOLATION OF BANKING LAW ) : my XXXX is in SERIOUS financial trouble. At one point, while we were married, she put us XXXX 's XXXX XXXX of dollars in debt that took us years to pay off. She even took out a credit card in my name without telling me ( yeah, she broke the law ). The XXXX that i have/had the above mentioned account lives with my XXXX. It's bad enough that Centennial may have violated the law to close the account ( because of a financial relationship the branch has with a woman who at one time put me in serious debt and committed financial crimes against me ), but ... if that account is still open and I can not monitor it anymore, the potential for financial damage to me is tremendous. Credit cards or loans may be applied for in my name WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT with Centennial BEING COMPLICIT by the very fact that they've already BROKEN THE LAW to make changes to MY ACCOUNT without MY KNOWLEDGE AND CONSENT. Centennial is, hereby, notified that they are fully civilly and criminally liable for ALL DAMAGES that I may suffer.
