I have been disputing and I never get a response. Im completely aware of all the laws being broken by creditors and creditor reporters under 15 USC 1692C, 1692G, 1681 2AI 1681EB. XXXX XXXX IS NOT PERMITTED TO BE ON MY CREDIT REPORT DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY DONT NOT REPORT ACCURATE NOR DO THEY REPORT POSITIVE INFORMATION. I have been disputing due to knowledge of reporting inaccurate. I have asked for debt validation claim from all creditors. I requested XXXX documents and they are as included ; ( XXXX ) I request to see a full list of detailed payment history on all accounts, ( XXXX ) I request my original wet signature that I agreed to on the contracts for each creditor, ( XXXX ) I'm curious to know if any insurance claims were found on these debts? ( XXXX ) I request the change of title that they have to collect on this debt. Also any charge off are considered income according to the irs. I should've gotten a XXXX from each creditor that put a charge off on my consumer report. XXXX is forbidden to be on a credit report according to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX No transaction or experiences are to go on my credit report. City, XXXX, Zip : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Email Address : XXXX They are In Direct Violation of The XXXX Credit Reporing Act ( All Account ), has violated several of my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 soction 602 A. Clearty statea that XXXX have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Secion XXXX : XXXX also states consumer reporting agency can not furish an account without my writen instructions. 15 U.S.C 16868 : A creditor may not troat a payment on a credit card acoount under an oper-and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Remove these late payment and update these accounts immediately as you are in direct violation of several laws under The Fair Credit Reporting Act.
