We have been paying XXXX for over a year, ( automatic withdrawal ) but their app has never worked. Every time we needed to make a payment the app would not work. I finally contacted the XXXX Customer support in XX/XX/year> and the clerk could verify that the app did not work. I was instructed to delete and download app again. Which I did. Did not work. Clerk had me repeat the process, use a XXXX Credit Card to check, and with their own Credit Card, the app did not take the payment of {$10.00}. An hour later and many deletes and uploads the app finally worked. The clerk stated " the almost $ XXXX I have paid for all these months since the last made transaction, would be refunded ''. That was the end of the conversation. I received then a few days later : Thank you for choosing XXXX Admin Support, we are happy to advise that your inquiry XXXX has been resolved! Resolution : Your App market refund has been denied, after further review your request is ineligible due to the fees being valid. Thank you for being a part of the XXXX community ; we appreciate your business! Regards, XXXX Admin Support. During XX/XX/year> I accessed the app again, and again it did not work! Another clerk had me do exactly the same process and it took her XXXX to get the app to work. I want my refund for all the months I have paid and have not received service.
