Every time I make a payment they state it was returned by my bank but I dont see anything regarding return payment on my account and there has been enough money in the account. Ive noticed there has been several people on XXXX that is going through this same issue. They are charging us return check fee late fee and additional interest. Ive never had this problem with them before into the last few months. Someone really needs to investigate them. Its so frustrating!
