Last Week I received an email from capital one that both of my saving and checking account is restricted due to Unusual Activity, the reason they provide is that I send XXXX to a potential risk account, And They said they have ended my relationship with me due to that reason, I asked them if they close my account, how do I receive the fund in my account, that has been hold, they said they can't provide a time for the release of my fund hold in capital one and capital one said it will be released after review and they refuse to provide detail about my review process. They said they decide to end bank relationship with me, and they are holding my fund in capital one preventing me withdrawn from my account.
