My SS # and mailing address was compromised. An account was opened in my name, put in collections and ruined my credit. There are incorrect names and an incorrect account on my reports that are not mine. I have sent certified letters with copies of police report for identity theft and copies of the Federal Trade Commission report along with a letter from the company that turned me into collections saying it was a mistake and that I'm not responsible for this debt asking that the improper info be removed immediately from my reports ; also I put a freeze on all 3 credit reporting agencies. XXXX asking for a document with my SS # to be mailed and gave me two different addresses to send to. I am not comfortable sending my SS # thru the mail as I already am a victim of identity theft and was also instructed by the police not to give my SS # out. It took minutes to ruin my life and now I'm being told 30 to 90 days to have this corrected ( if at all ) and I want my credit restored, the company ( XXXX ) completely removed from my reports and the correct spelling of my name. Also the names XXXX, XXXX and XXXX removed from my reports. None of those names are associated with me in any way. Please help me to get this done. Thank you
