XXXX XXXX XXXX has been reported to Company since XXXX. Whenever the company is asked to delete fraudulent file it attempts to Manipulate data instead of complying with FCRA standards which require they delete. Company then send out false reports in the mail as well as to CFPB. As seen in the credit file attached all other cards are reporting but XXXX has not since XXXX. This is both due to the file already being fraud and the companies manipulative practices. The company has stated they have updated and reviewed all request but its very clear that is not happening.
