They have the wrong date of delinquency which is a violation of 1681s-2 ( 5 ) ( A ) see case United States V XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, F.T.C File No XXXX. 15 U.S. Code 1681e ( b ) - Compliance procedures of accuracy and procedures 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 5 ) ( ii ) states this information must be promptly deleted. 15 U.S. Code 1681n ( 1 ) ( A ) civil damages of willfully non compliance will result in monetary damages. I want my case to be completed by 30 days as the CRAs are allotted by law. Transunion & Experian have different dates and inaccuracys of payment history, date of delinquency, date of last activity, and last reported date.
