I called Capital One about getting access to my app. I was unable to login into the app with my phone number. When on the phone with the automative voice they asked for my SSN to verify my account. After providing that info they were 2 cards on my account. This is not possible since I just signed up for my first and only credit card about 3 weeks ago. They provided my current 4 digit credit card number that I have been using and they also provided a 4 digit card number to an account I dont have any knowledge of. After getting logged into my app they said they are only allowed to give me the 4 digits at the end of the card and can only see that I am not the primary card holder.
