Divorced in 2019, judge awarded house to ex wife and she went into a delinquent foreclosure status and it ruined my credit and payment history. Called XXXX at the time which is now PNC and they said they dont take divorce or court orders. So I was still responsible for paying mortgage, I absolutely do not agree with this, I had to support my own living and my baby girls who I now have custody over. The delinquency affected my employment opportunities and credit history and score tremendously.
