Consumer Narrative
I was charged an additional payment of {$230.00} after the 2 authorized payments were taken with Acima Leasing. A women by the name of XXXX put in notes on my account that I had authorized this payment, however, I have never spoken to an XXXX in one of their stores, ( Rooms to Go ) nor did I authorized another payment to Acima Leasing. Now I can not get my money back as I filled out forms with my bank to decline the payment but Acima Leasing will not respond. I have been working with one of their people, XXXX. She can not help me either.
