I am disputing a late payment for XX/XX/year> on my LoanCare mortgage account. I am not disputing the account itself only the accuracy of the late payment. I submitted XXXX written disputes directly to LoanCare ( on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX ), and I have proof of delivery via certified mail. Despite this, LoanCare has never provided documentation verifying the accuracy of the late payment. The credit bureaus now reflect " Customer Disputes XXXX XXXX '' with no resolution, and the late remark remains. I am requesting CFPB 's assistance to investigate and compel LoanCare to either provide verification or remove the late payment from my reports. I have attached all letters, tracking confirmations, and a screenshot of the account reporting as part of this complaint.
