To Whom It May Concern : In a recent review of my credit reports, I noticed several inquiries among the records held by all ( XXXX ) of the credit bureaus from XXXX XXXX that I do not recognize and believe to be fraudulent or not related to a proper/authorized purpose. The XXXX XXXX INQUIRIES in question specifically are as follows : " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX On XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, XXXX : -- - Appears On Reports At : EQUIFAX, XXXX, XXXX " XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX '' - XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, XXXX : -- - Appears On Reports At : EQUIFAX, XXXX, XXXX There are several other inquiries from XXXX XXXX on various dates, however, the others I recognize. Only the inquiries related to the above ( 2 ) transactions are unrecognized. I would like the bank to provide proof that the inquiry was for a legitimate/authorized purpose as well as explicit evidence that is was requested by myself. Any documentation that they feel proves this, I would like to be sent to me directly via the CFPB 's complaint handling system for my review. If they are unable to prove that these inquiries were in fact for a legitimate business purpose and requested by myself, then I would like them removed immediately. Thank you. XXXX XXXX
