A charge off of {$150.00} from a checking account was illegally reported on my credit ... from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX... i do not owe {$150.00} ... checking account was paid in full... Credit agencies are responsible in making sure before they garnish information and report it, to make sure it is accurate and fair ... in this case all XXXX credit bureau have failed to do so ..i lost XXXX points off credit due this situation NEVER received a 1099 regarding charge off, i do not owe {$150.00} ..account was paid in full and should not been reported on my profile ALSO credit cards and line of credit was wrongfully being reported as closed when its not this situation also has caused my credit score to go from XXXX to XXXX this has impacted my life ability to open my business...
