I contacted the company XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/year> and asked to be mailed a 1099-C for the car loan under my name they say its a charge-off. The company has reported to my credit bureaus that its a charge-off but the company have gotten a tax break on it but still reported it on my credit reports with a balance. They refused to provide the document 1099-C to me and correct the information. They have violated the FCRA consumer right under false information.
