Complaint Regarding Unfulfilled Orders and Denied Refund XXXX and CashApp To Whom It May Concern, I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the failure of XXXX to issue a refund for undelivered orders and CashApps refusal to provide assistance through a dispute process. Despite my numerous attempts to resolve this matter over the past XXXX years, I have yet to receive the refunds I am owed. The following are the details of the orders in question : Order # XXXX {$110.00} Order # XXXX {$41.00} Order # XXXX {$18.00} Total Amount Owed : {$170.00} After realizing my orders were not delivered, I contacted XXXX multiple times and provided all requested information, including photographic evidence. Despite my compliance, XXXX refused to issue my refund. I then attempted to dispute the transactions through CashApp, but they declined my claim without providing a valid explanation. Additionally, I sought assistance through the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, but this also resulted in no resolution. I have exhausted all reasonable means to resolve this issue, yet neither XXXX nor CashApp has taken responsibility. I am requesting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to investigate this matter and assist in securing my rightful refund. Proof of the non-delivered package is the difference of where both packages was left at, the XXXX package was left in front of my door and the shein package I do not know where it was delivered too and I keep telling everybody this and no one wants to give me my refund
