Subject : URGENT : Dispute - Unauthorized Cash App Transactions- Request for Immediate Investigation & Refund DearTeam, I am writing to formally dispute two unauthorized transactions made from my XXXX XXXX XXXX account to Cash App. I request an immediate investigation and a full refund of these funds to my XXXX XXXX account ( XXXX ). Details of Unauthorized Transactions : XX/XX/2025 : {$1300.00} transferred to Cash App : {$500.00} transferred to Cash App. Circumstances of the Dispute : I am unable to find my fund in cashapp now and did not authorize these transactions to third party and share any sensitive information related to my profile so logged multiple cases with cashapp. Cash App has denied my requests for investigation, falsely claiming the transactions were authorized.
