This company reported a collection on my XXXX credit report on XX/XX/year>. By law they have XXXX days to notify me through mail. I did not receive anything from them. Upon my records, I saw that there was an incoming letter from KLS financial on XX/XX/year>. The letter did not have any information about the debt nor did it have any validations of such debt, but the damage was already done because they had already reported it to my credit report without giving me the right to dispute and or pay before they damaged my credit. I filed a dispute but it was closed but upon further investigation, I found the proof that I needed. They said that they sent me something on XX/XX/XXXX. That is a lie. It wasnt until XX/XX/year>. I also called this company for a resolution as far as a paper delete the company offered me a removal if I pay the debt saying that it was going to fall off my credit report in XXXX months that was also a lie. XXXX told me that it would stay on my credit report for another XXXX years this company is taking advantage of the credit bureaus as well as consumers.
