I am filing this complaint because Experian is reporting multiple unauthorized accounts on my credit file without my consent. These include accounts from XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. I never opened or authorized these accounts, yet they appear on my credit report. On XX/XX/year>, I submitted a formal dispute to Experian and filed an initial complaint with the CFPB under case # XXXX. Despite this, Experian has not responded, which violates multiple sections of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), particularly : 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ) : Duty to reinvestigate disputed information. 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 2 ) ( A ) : Obligation to notify the data furnisher within 5 days. 15 U.S.C. 1681i ( a ) ( 6 ) : Obligation to provide the results of the reinvestigation.
