In XXXX of XXXX, I was given an auto loan from Capital One Auto Finance ; the rate of the loan will cost me {$10000.00} more than the price of the car when I am finally done paying. The dealership did not talk to me about this, however, I did ask if I could refinance and they said yes. Capital One Auto Finance does not allow you to refinance. It is now XXXX of XXXX and I am barely making payments. In one month 's time I have paid over {$1000.00} to try and get the loan current. I have asked for other options, they keep tacking months onto the loan - costing me more and more money. I have been in constant contact with Capital One ; they refuse to lower the interest rate. I find this incredibly unfair and actually, unconscionable.
