XX/XX/year> XXXX XXXX charge for the amount of {$6.00} from Texas. I called Wells Fargo explaining that I was NOT in the state of Texas on that date. Charges were removed. XX/XX/year> I received a letter stating, " transaction is consistent with the way you've used XXXX or more of your Wells Fargo account... the amount will be reapplied to your balance ''. I called XX/XX/year> explained again that I was NOT in the state of Texas and the charges are fraudulent. Further explained that I received a text asking me to follow a link to pay for toll charges. The link was NOT from XXXX. Representative explained that I could resubmit a case, but the amount was too small to be reconsidered and will NOT be credited.
