I have an auto loan through Huntington Nationals Bank. They are not willing to work with me to pay off the vehicle. Between XXXX through XXXX they revered 4 payments. The one reversal was done intentionally by a staff member name XXXX because she argued with me on a phone call. A supervisor named XXXX admitted that the worker did this. The other XXXX reversals they did not have an explanation for. There was now a fifth payment reversal because they said the loan has matured. If they had not reversed all of the payments in XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX the load would be paid off. They have started threatening me since I had informed them I am filing for bankruptcy, but Huntington will not be on the bankruptcy. They are refusing to speak to me. A supervisor will not return any of my calls. Now when I call in and they verify my information they will not speak to me or provide any help. Also, all of a sudden they are saying they do not accept my bank or checking account. I have been using the same bank and bank account for the last three years. At first they said that they could not take my bank over the phone so I would pay through their payment portal online. But one day I called in and the customer service representative was able to put my bank over the phone, so that whole thing was a lie. Now they will not take payments at all. As stated if they would not have reversed all of my payments for no reason the loan would be paid off. I just want an extension so I am able to pay the loan. They have now started having a robo calls come to my phone stating to call them, but when I call them I get nowhere. The balance is low. Theyre threats of repossession makes me think they are just trying to get the vehicle. Thank you.
