Experian has failed to remove fraudulent collection account from my credit report, despite not providing any concrete proof that these accounts belong to me. I have undeniable evidence that Im a victim of the 2017 Equifax data breach, where my personal information was stolen. Since then, Ive been fighting for years to have these fraudulent accounts cleared from my report. Im requesting concrete proof that I, XXXX XXXX, was involved in any transactionvisual proof, not just a transaction linked to my name. No scammer would use a stolen credit card in their real name without also obtaining fake identification. Fake IDs and passports are unfortunately prevalent in todays world. Moreover, as a victim of the 2017 Equifax breach, which affected over XXXX XXXX people, its entirely plausible that scammers gained access to my stolen identity and created fake documents in my name. If one of the largest credit bureaus was breached, its reasonable to assume that these stolen identities were exploited. I need more than assumptions ; I need definitive proof of my involvement with this fraudulent account
