XXXX XXXX Acct # XXXX SSN XXXX Address- XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX I called multiple times and never received a call back from the lawyer that One Main provided me to speak to on their behalf. She only emailed me explaining to me that I would need to speak to One Main on the add-ons that I paid for on this loan, which were never applied. after I opened up a claim due to a vehicle accident, I was involved in XXXX XXXX position where I lost my job due to the severity of the accident, as well as placing me on Long Term XXXX. One Main directed me to speak to the lawyer as a lawyer directed me to speak to One Main, giving me the runaround. I have multiple recorded messages on the phone speaking to One Main representatives on this matter as well as emails I sent asking their lawyer why wasnt any of these add-ons applied to my loan after I file a claim. My vehicle was repossessed on XX/XX/year>. I immediately called One Main after speaking to law-enforcement who had no information other than my vehicle being repossessed on the XX/XX/year>, which was on a Friday. I let the One Main representative. I spoke to know that I had medical devices That were on that vehicle that I needed to pick up immediately and that were vitally important due to an upcoming XXXX I had scheduled on XX/XX/XXXX on a Monday. On multiple recorded messages that I have One Main representatives continually gave me numbers to the repossessor of my vehicle which denied having my vehicle in XXXX. One of One Mains representatives on a recorded message stated that my vehicle XXXX days after it was picked up was taken on XX/XX/year> to the auction. The medical devices as well as medication and personal property as well as tools and equipment I had on the truck came up missing or stolen with everyone pointing fingers and not taking accountability for my items coming up missing my medical devices are worth {$6000.00} alone.
