I recently reviewed my credit report and noticed a account that was reporting inaccurately reflecting I had several missed payments & payment status was delinquent over 120+ days late ( XXXX ) when in fact the account is current. I have legal court litigation documents stating I am to pay {$0.00} on the account until we schedule a hearing no earlier then XXXX XXXX XXXX The consumer reporting agencys needs to report all information with complete accuracy. This account has not been late on payments. Ive attached a copy of court documents aswell as a copy of my credit report to this complaint on the following inaccurate payment dates in question. I am now requesting that you investigate and provide verifiable proof with records showing that I had late payments on account # XXXX. ( cause # XXXX ) child support does not constitute nor did it not originate in a consumer base transaction. Which means there where no lines of debt extended. If this information can not be verified, I demand these payments & account be updated to current/ on time immediately or removed from my consumer report entirely. Thank you for your understanding and prompt action.
