I have a debt collection on my account from Genesis credit management an unknown account, that is in the amount of {$3800.00}, I believe that the debt was sold to this company, which there for I never signed a contract nor legal document to have my debt sold to them, this is then considered fraud. I did also receive a call from the company which I didnt understand how they had my information as I never released it to them, and I was told remember to call back when you see if on your credit report, Ill hear back from you soon in a rude tone, which is Not formal of them nor acceptable. As the FCRA 605B does states all guidelines, these guidelines were not followed by the company, there for this is considered fraud.
