I have a student loan with SoFi, which I refinanced with the same institution on XX/XX/year>2025. However, SoFi arbitrarily increased the loan amount by approximately {$1000.00}. I have attempted to resolve this issue multiple times and have spoke with more than 5 Sofi representatives, but no one has provided a solution. Additionally, in SoFis internal system, the original loan I refinanced still appears as outstanding ( duplicated loan ). Despite making timely payments on the new refinanced loan, I continue to receive emails and calls stating that I am delinquent on a loan that no longer exists. This error is causing unnecessary stress and potential harm to my credit. I request an immediate resolution to correct the loan balance and update my account to reflect the accurate status of my refinanced loan.
