Consumer Narrative

Please do not let her send this back as stating this is a duplicate complaint as time goes on I discover more lies been told the lie that's been told this time involves the XXXX XXXX in fact all of them involves XXXX. XXXX has stated that she has me on recording XX/XX/XXXX and the XXXX stating I said to opt me out I've already been over this someone needs to listen to the whole recording. Now she has submitted as part of her response to a complaint I submitted on XX/XX/XXXX which she has in writing clearly lying to a government agency that I unenrolled and debit card protection on XX/XX/XXXX this is the first I have ever heard of this because I never called anywhere to unenrolled I I unenrolled when I signed up for this account when I first opened this account XX/XX/year> and again I say they need to locate that form that I enrolled she keep misdirecting not being straightforward being deceptive non transparent the issue is not when I unenrolled the issue is when I enrolled and to overdraft protection do you understand now stop the cover up what else is you covering up because you're not very good at it with me. Only thing I ask this time produce the legal documents pertaining to regulation e that I signed when I first opened the account and you are right the disclosures that you included into your answer I signed with the account I signed up for which was one deposit checking account. You are avoiding the question if anybody is reading this and you need to show this to someone who is above you maybe they can explain to you what this post is about it's about a complaint of a customer not getting what she is requesting that is a legal document that I signed when I first opened up XX/XX/year> not opting in as opposing to you saying I unenrolled on XXXX different dates I called the XXXX number on yesterday then I think the XXXX of XXXX I understand what day do they have listed of me opting out supposedly they told me XX/XX/XXXX you have been writing XX/XX/XXXX I need XXXX supporting legal documents from you the one where I signed up for overdraft protection and the one where I signed opting out of overdraft protection on the day I I opened that XXXX deposit. Also if those transactions were put I like to say in a closet so they would not be spent twice can you explain to me why they weren't put up so they wouldn't be spent twice causing an overdraft up to {$5000.00} explain that to me please without lying I want you do your emails that you sent me that the more lies you tell the more I'm going to uncover. Also the XXXX XXXX shared with me that these complaints comes to her so what that tells me no one else gets to see them because she get to sabotage the complaints that are coming in with no one else having knowledge what the consumer is concerned about. Also I'm going to share again that when I opened up my dispute she asked me to fax everything I was sending to the fraud department to send to her I thought that same kind of odd but now but looking at it she wanted to sabotage and interfere with people legal rights to complain about citizens Bank I went on their CEO XXXX somebody XXXX page enough a few comments now whether he's seen them or not I don't know but I'm going to find a way for someone above this XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX they need to discover her wrongdoings. I remember the first conversation I had with this lady XXXX I mentioned I said I know that you are probably concerned about being called on to the rug about these concerns she laughed haha and said that she was not concerned at all I can see that now if she's the only one that answers these complaints don't nobody else know what complaints are coming through she must be their cover up employee that's why she is not concerned about losing her job or at the very least being call onto the carpet to answer some very concerning questions and behaviors so it seems as though she is willing to risk it all so I'm here to help her because I'm going to keep coming back until I get the appropriate results which is XXXX things I can think of right now submit the documents showing when I first open XXXX deposit checking account when I signed opting out secondly submit the documents where I supposedly signed into overdraft protection and thirdly reproduce my funds back to me that were quote unquote? Given to the merchant by your citizens Bank term in ERROR. I do believe that this is still a fraud case because the XXXX XXXX stated that she herself look over the documents I submitted the first XXXX claims and were denied Plus their fraud detection team supposedly looked over those documents and still denied the claim twice I don't know how many people they got working in that back office as they call it but XXXX the XXXX wants to be the only XXXX overseeing this account she is the only one I have spoken to in management above the customer representative she does not have anyone as far as I know anyone overseeing her making financial decisions which gives time and motive to steal I don't know how the finance sector operate but I do believe I'm not going to make this any longer I'm going to start a second complaint
